Tinesia Conwright, founder, is a San Diego native passionate about personal development and encouraging positive change in those around her and within her community. She earned a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and a California Real Estate License in 2004. In addition, she is currently a licensed Board Certified Coach (BCC) in Professional Development, a San Diego County Foster Parent, and a 2011 graduate of LEAD San Diego. Tinesia graduated from the Masters in Nonprofit Management & Leadership program at the University of San Diego in 2013 and continues to further her career as a Youth Workforce Development Specialist and Community Outreach Coordinator at the San Diego Housing Commission.
Tinesia's vision is to continue contributing her knowledge and passion throughout her Southeastern San Diego community. Volunteering is an important value she upholds, thus she has served on the boards of various organizations including The San Diego Workforce Partnership Youth Council, The San Diego Urban League Young Professionals, SDSU African-American Alumni Association, and Southeastern Kiwanis. She has also assisted community based nonprofit organizations such as Second Chance, Mana de San Diego, and The Tony Hawk Foundation through consulting projects to improve operations. Her energy stems from visualizing the potential in people and projects and pushing them pass boundaries that may look impossible to achieve extraordinary results.
Janee Wilson-Key is a dynamic professional with a wealth of experience across several industries.
Janee is currently a Financial Services Manager for Habitat for Humanity International. In this role she manages the Flexible Capital Access Program – an affiliate loan program funded by over $40 million dollars in investor notes. Janee joined Habitat after serving as a Teach for America Corp member for two years. Prior to that experience she was an Investment Banking Analyst within JP Morgan’s Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group. Additionally, in 2008, Janee led the development of a Smoothie King franchise in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Janee graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics. Janee also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Bert King Fellow and on the winning team of the business school’s first-ever FIELD 3 ventures competition – which resulted in the venture backed company Tiggly.
Janee was born and raised in Southeast San Diego and currently lives in Atlanta with her husband Marcus and son Jamar.
Rasheedah Rashada is a strong and determined woman with the ability to exude any endeavor to its highest potential.
With more than 15 years of experience in the fashion and entertainment industry, she has proven her strength and determination in accomplishing various projects alongside the most prolific in the field. After beginning an internship at a recording studio in 1996, it was only right to move up the ladder of success, developing skills in strategic planning, marketing, production, and start-up companies. Ms. Rashada transformed her expertise into working and contributing to the success of many among the industry’s elite. This includes but not limited to directors, athletes, entertainers, marketing executives, and entertainment industry veterans.
Her ambition allowed her to currently provide administrative and business supportive services to successful and aspiring entrepreneurs, as well as organizations and well-known individuals throughout various industries. Ms. Rashada is also very committed to improving the health and wellbeing of inner-city communities and has been involved in several community-based projects over the past 10 years.
Having the opportunity to work in the entertainment industry and with local non-profits has given her a tremendous amount of experience and savvy; allowing her to be an asset to all that know her. Ms. Rashada studied Communications at California State Dominguez Hills and will soon be pursuing a Masters of Arts in Organizational Psychology.
